The first post war tank was a Centurion Mark I, built in 1945, and shown alongside a Mark III from the Korean War. Other exhibits from the Korean War are an American M46 tank, decorated with a tiger's face, and a classic Soviet T-34/85 captured from Chinese Communists. Amongst other vehicles on display are British Daimler and Saladin Armoured Cars. This hall also houses an impressive display of tank armaments, a fascinating collection of tank models and a small movie theatre showing historical films.
